The De-Stress Biocrystal® bedding combines 16 different types of crystals to help improve sleep. The crystals are turned into a powder that is immersed into the fabric through printing in a subtle geometric pattern. The crystals include Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Shungite, Fluorite, Serpentine, Tourmaline, Onyx, Red Jasper, Orange Calcite, Aragonite, Aventurine, Sodalite, Heliotrope, Pink Quartz, and Selenite. An innovation of nature, science, and technology, it also has research to back it up.
The first item I tried was the de-stress pillow. This Biocrystal pillow Has a mixture of crystal powder immersed in the geometric design. These crystals claim to calm your heartbeat, relax muscle tension and slow your breathing leaving you in a relaxed and dreamy state.
The pillow is a standard size and is easy to wash at 40 degrees. You can also tumble dry it if you need to although, if you can I would peg it on the line to dry naturally.
The other item I was sent was the crystal mattress protector. The mattress protector comes in single, double, king size and super king size. Again the mattress protector has the patented Biocrystal® technology and the mattress protector will work through your bed linen to help you become relaxed and rested and contribute to a good night's sleep.
I liked the mattress protector, you can tell it is made out of quality cotton and I love that it is sustainably sourced. Washing is easy at 40 degrees and again you can tumble dry it.
So the question is? Did I sleep well using the De-stress pillow and De-stress mattress protector. This is only anecdotal evidence but I did feel well-rested. The pillow was especially comfortable to sleep on. Of course, you need to look holistically at your lifestyle to combat stress but these products could add that little boost you need to get a good night's sleep.
The Fine Bedding Company has a range of biocrystal bedding, so check out the website if you want to try this innovation of science and technology.
Let me know, would you try the biocrystal bedding and pillow?
