ReplyDeleteChoose the besr quality make up products that you can afford!
ReplyDeleteMy tip for making make up last all day long is to find the right primer for you, bearing in mind that more expensive doesn't always mean better.
ReplyDeleteWhen I used to wear make-up everday for work, I used to use Beauty Flash Balm, which helped keep my make-up looking good for long hours. There are lots of primers on the market, but this was one of the first and one I personally prefer.
ReplyDeleteExfoliating and moisture before applying makeup and I always use a loose powder to set my foundation.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how I do it, I wear high street brands, but they stay on all day, and eye make-up has even lasted through tears at work! I think it's credit to the quality of high street brands these days!
ReplyDeleteI have to look good for over 12 hrs on a hot hospital ward, so I put foundation on first then powder over the top. I put eye shadow on my brows, eyeshadow as the first layer of eyeliner, then i put eyeliner on. Several coats of mascara and 2 layers of eyeshadow and this lasts all day!!
ReplyDeleteI put foundation on first then poweder to give a good base for the rest of the makeup, this lasts all day on a 12hr shift on a hot hospital ward.
ReplyDeleteUsing a primer under eye shadow seems to really help it last well (too well sometimes and I struggle to take it off in the evening! )
ReplyDeleteGive yourself a light dusting over with a face powder afterwards :)
ReplyDeleteI like to use a setting spray which helps keeps you fresh and hydrated. It can be used again during the day so I love these sprays
ReplyDeleteUsing primer is so important to keep make up looking fresh
ReplyDeleteCleanse, tone and moisturise - always leaves the skin super soft and ready for make up!
ReplyDeleteI like to cleanse, tone and moisturise before putting make up on, I think it helps it to last longer.
