We have taken our big annual holiday at Easter this year, Texas and Louisiana, so our summer plans are to spend time with my mum and mum in law. Getting our garden landscaped so will be able to enjoy lots of BBQ's with friends. Will be able to practise my new cocktail I learned to make in New Orleans, Hurricane!
ReplyDeleteFor the first time in years - absolutely nothing! No holidays, no DIY projects or moving or anything like that. Just a few weddings and the kids birthdays - otherwise it's going to be a quite one for a change.
ReplyDeletewe will be going on our first ever camping trip with the children, really quite looking forward to being tech free for a short while
ReplyDeleteWe have two weeks booked off in July, but yet to book a holiday away yet due to funds! Not sure if we can do it. I think we may do a UK break and just save over this year to do a big holiday abroad next year! :)
ReplyDeleteWe've just found out my uncle gets discount and free tickets for places like the London eye and Madame Tussaud's so we're off to do that also in Aug my son turns 9 and my daughter 12 so hoping to tie it all in

I've already spent a week in Italy earlier this year, so not sure I'll be doing anything else, I certainly haven't got anything planned, just the odd day out.

ReplyDeleteWell we're off for a weekend in Copenhagen next week then the summer will be a cheap affair tbh. Lots of trips to the seaside and into the country and hopefully the weather for plenty of family BBQ. Saving up for a. We bathroom so sacrifices must be made xx
