VitaBella Anti-Ageing Face Cream 50ml £30
This delightful face cream comes in a glass pot with subtle glass packaging highlighting it's green credentials. It has a distinctive floral perfume and the scent lingers on your skin throughout the day. On application this light cream feels silky smooth, is easily absorbed and skin feels immediately nourished. I feel this cream is suitable for those with normal/combination skin in their 30s and 40s. Older skins may need a thicker cream.
I really liked this cream as it seemed to nourish my skin without making it overly oily. I would have liked it to have an SPF in the product so wear it in conjunction with a good sun protection cream.
Ingredients
Another gel skin serum made from papaya and marine algae is the Skin Revivals Skin Radiance Serum. This serum contains natural enzymes to brighten the skin, reduce any discolouration of skin tone and pigmentation and also natural exfoliants to help remove dead skin cells and brighten the skin.
I feel this product would be good for ladies in their late 20s early 30s who have combination to oily skin and are starting to worry about looking after their skin. Again in simple white plastic packaging, it doesn't really do the product justice, although this is the cheapest product on test today at £14.50. I liked this product a lot, it felt lightweight on the skin, and as I have some pigmentation issues I look forward to seeing some improvement over the long term. Recommended for those new to serums that don't wish to spend a lot of money.
The VitaBella Anti-Ageing Face Cream feel luxurious and moisturising on the skin, nourishing without being too oily. The Skin Revivals Radiance Serum has a good price point and is packed full of natural products that can brighten your skin and help reduce discolouration.

VitaBella is available online and from consultants worldwide. Skin Revivals available online from Beauty Naturals.
- Natural Aloe Vera Gel – contains over 200 natural compounds including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids and 12 vitamins, and has a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect.
- Argan Oil – rich in the natural antioxidant vitamin E and essential fatty acids to help repair and protect the skin.
- Hyaluronic Acid – a natural moisturiser capable of holding 1000 times its weight in water to help to keep skin hydrated.
- Hibiscus Seed Proteins - help to soften the outer layer of the skin.
- Wheat Germ Oil – rich in vitamins A, D and E to reduce skin drying.
The VitaBella Anti-Ageing Serum is for those of us that need that extra boost of hydration on more pronounced wrinkles around the forehead, eyes and cleavage. It is packaged in a lovely glass bottle, making it feel like a quality product. You apply a small amount of serum to areas of need once or twice a day. It claims to help improve skin elasticity and reduce the visible signs of ageing.
The serum feels light as a feather on the skin and absorbs almost instantly. It has the same floral perfume as the face cream above. I personally have yet to be convinced about the benefits of a serum, I think this is because most feel ever so light on the skin, and not as nourishing as a face cream. I guess the only way you can tell is with regular use over time. I am going to use this serum religiously over the next few months to see if it has any benefit on my skin especially on the deeper lines on my neck and forehead. In the short term my skin looked more hydrated and felt softer.

The Skin Revivals Intensive Face Lift serum has a pleasant fresh smell and I think I detected a hint of geranium and lavender in the perfume. I was a little disappointed with the packaging as it is in a simple white plastic bottle, but at least this is a plus point in keeping the price of the product down - no expensive jars or bottles here.
It is a light clear liquid when squeezed out of the bottle and absorbs well into the skin. You apply your daily moisturiser on top of the serum for added nourishment to your skin. Again I would need to test this out over the long term to see the benefits on deeper lines and wrinkles, but certainly worth trying due to decent price point and it did appear to make my skin softer in the short term.

Great post! I get so confused with skin creams, simply because there are so many available. Out of these I would choose the first two offerings from the Vita Bella range as they have ingredients I am familiar with and have proven to be beneficial. xx
ReplyDeleteYou should try them Emma. It's a lovely range.
DeleteHi Melissa, thanks so much for this review, I love the idea of the VitaBella skin cream - my skin is combination and prone to oily even though I'm in my late 30's. I always struggle to find a cream that is light enough yet meets all my needs - and at £30 it doesn't seem too unreasonable. I'm not a fan of SPF as I'm keen to get as much vitamin D in my body as possible living in the UK when the sun is rare. Anyway, great post thanks! Caroline
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment Caroline. This product sounds perfect for you.
DeleteI've just hit 40 and am suddenly very aware of aging, so really like the sound of the Vitabella anti-aging cream, especially as it is full of natural products.
