What would you buy if you won the lottery?

I want a brand new house on an episode of Cribs,
And a bathroom I can play baseball in,
And a king size tub big enough for ten plus me....

Or would you just pay off your mortgage :D ? We can't all live like rockstars but if you won the lottery you could certainly try, mile high club and hot tub optional! I think it's good to live in hope of having that big break, that stroke of luck and buying that winning ticket, you never know what is around the corner. So I got thinking, what would my lottery wish list be?

As I live in a flat a lovely house with a garden overlooking the sea would be my ideal house, oh and I might as well have a walk in wardrobe - well it would be silly not to....

I live for my holidays and I have never been to New York. Shocking I know! So I would love to take my family to New York, stay in the best hotel on Times Square and eat out at the best restaurants and watch a show on Broadway.

For years I have had a little Vauxhall Corsa. I would love a fast car in shiny silver or red with sparkly knobs!

As I love travelling I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool to have a private jet so you could fly anywhere in the world. Of course, it would have my own personal chef aboard and a well-stocked bar!

    We dream every week of winning the lottery! All we really want is enough to pay off the mortgage and have some left over for a decent car and holiday! Although living like a rock star does sound tempting!

    Well, after we'd paid off the mortgage (as you so sensibly mention!) I would love to go on an amazing holiday. I've always wanted to go to New Zealand, so that would be my destination. Plus a big shopping trip and gifts to my friends and family and charity, so we could all be happy!

    I would love to go to China, see the Terracotta Army, have a proper chinese takeaway. Money no object, I would love a hose with sea views, possibly Cornwall!

    We have this 'if we won the lottery' conversation regularly. I would buy a gorgeous house by the sea, take my family on a lovely holiday and pay off their debts and then...I have no idea!!

    I have done the lottery every week since it launched and never won anything more than £100 (I was excited when I won that though) - I would buy a bigger house so the kids could have a bedroom each and a playroom so my lounge isn't drowned in toys. I would love to go to New York too! (or Dubai)

    Many years ago an old boyfriend and I used to talk about what we'd do if we won the lottery every morning as we walked to work. In the end it just made me feel frustrated. Now I chose instead to focus on all I have to be thankful for in the present. Our life is far from perfect and we have our fair share of debt, but I have a husband who is my best friend and three children I love more than life itself - I couldn't be any richer.

    We've only just moved here and I'm not moving again so I wouldn't buy a bigger house, I'd just make this one bigger! My very first purchase though would be a cruise to Florida (hubby won't fly!) followed by a 3 week stay at Disney. That's one of 2 dreams I have, the second being to take a road trip round Europe, just me and the husband so we'd do that as well :)

    I wish... I would certainly buy a bigger house, with a playroom for the children. I wouldn't have to worry about going to work again. I'd better go check my ticket from last Saturday, maybe I've won...

    A lottery win would go on helping out my family, paying off outstanding debts and buying a bigger house! Then we'd go on holiday, and keep travelling the world until the money ran out!!

    Without a doubt my first purchase would be a house of our own and then I don't know...I really don't! Just having our own home would be such a luxury!
